Project Officer – Reintegration of unemployed youths – 01 Positions
Project Officer will be leading the Reintegration of unemployed youths program activities with the
supervision of Program Manager.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 03
years working experience in NGOs or any other development sectors particularly
youth Development.
- Good
working knowledge on safe migration and related sectors
- Completed G.C.E.
Advanced Level
- Good
Communication skill in both Tamil and English (Singhala knowledge will be
considered as advantage)
- Good computer skills particularly MS office prepare presentations
and case stories
- Strong network and good reporting and presentation skill
Main Duties
- Over all responsible for implementing the planned activities in the
field
- Monitoring the ongoing field activities and budget control base on
the proposal
- Liaise with the relevant
Government and other relevant Officers
in the field
- Do the
proper documentation related to the field activities
- Coach and
manage the multi sector team

Field Assistant / Co trainer will be
leading the Reintegration of
unemployed youths program activities with the supervision of Lead trainer and Project
Officer.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 02
years working experience in NGOs or any other development sectors.
- Good
experience in organize and participate the community based training
programs
- Good
working knowledge and skill on youth development program
- Completed
G.C.E A/L – Diploma in any related subject is an added advantage.
- Good
Communication skill in both Tamil and English
- Strong network and good reporting skill
Main Duties
- Implementing the planned activities in the field and do the follow
up to ongoing activities
- Monitoring the ongoing activities and give recommendation to
improve the quality of the program
- Liaise with the relevant
Government and other relevant
Officers in the field
- Do the
proper documentation related to the field activities
- Coach and
manage the multi talented youths from different areas

Lead Trainer will be leading the Safe Migration program’s activities with the supervision of
Program Manager.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 03
years working experience in NGOs or any other development sectors
Particularly Safe Migration
- Track
records on field trainings and master trainer is an added advantage
- Good
working knowledge on safe migration and related sectors
- Completed
G.C.E. Advanced Level
- Good
Communication skill in both Tamil and English
- Good computer skills particularly MS Office, prepare presentations
and training materials
- Strong network and good reporting and presentation skill
Main Duties

field

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 03
years working experience in NGOs or any other development sectors
Particularly Safe Migration
- Good
working knowledge on Livelihood activities particularly Saving Groups and
their business development
- Completed
any G.C.E. A/L or Diploma in relevant field
- Good
Communication skill in both Tamil and English
- Good computer skills
- Strong network and good reporting and presentation skill
Main Duties
- Over all responsible for implementing the planned activities in the
field
- Monitoring the ongoing field activities particularly saving groups
and their regular activities
- Provide key ideas to saving groups to improve the quality of their
activities
- Liaise with the relevant
Government and other relevant
Officers in the field
- Do the
proper documentation related to the field activities
- Coach and
manage the multi sector participants particularly in business development.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 03
years driving experience with clean track records.
- Having
valid driving licences particularly motor car and dual purpose
vehicles.
- Good
communication skill in 03 languages – Tamil, English and Singala
- Completed
G.C.E. O/L with 06 subjects
- Have good
attitude on team work
Main Duties
- Maintain
the office vehicle and travel to assigned field
- Assist to
Logistic Officer to complete the work
- Do the
field level support to project staffs
